Being out of town for a while we would like to sublease our flat in Geneva from 1st October 2013 to 31st January 2014. The apartment is located in “Rue de Vermont” and offers the following:

- 65 square meters with two bedrooms. While being away we would like to sublease the flat with one of the two bedrooms.

- fully furnished. No need to bring anything yourself.

- newly refurbished in 2012

- kitchen is integrated in the living room

- separated toilet and bath room

- bath room with shower tub

- washing machine and dryer in the bathroom

- non-smoking flat

- Denner supermarket: 3 min walking, Coop and Migros supermarket: 10 min walking

- stop of bus No 8 close by (4 min to the central train station “gare cornavin”, 4 min to the United Nations buildings)

- stop of bus No 5 close by (12 min to the airport of Geneva)

- base rent of 1700 CHF/month including heating. Plus electricity: 15 CHF/month (our average consumption), Plus internet flat rate: 35 CHF/month. In total: 1750 CHF/month

- deposit of 3400 CHF
