Just be aware that a Bail a Loyer for Geneva canton is different to other cantons. So zou might have an issue that the rental agreement is not in conformity and could be deemed imcomplete or invalid.

I used the one from the website mentioned by Sam (https://www.ums.ch/media/static/pdfs/contract_fr.pdf ) for subletting my apartment. My regie accepted it, so, I am guessing it would be quite ok to use it... Good luck !
