this is the one thread I found regarding sublets.

I'll try to explain as briefly as possible. I have a colleague who's willing to sublet me his apartment since he's moving out. As I am here on permis B I want to make everything 'by the book' and not just hand him an envelope with rent money each month but rather have something more official (in other words, even though he's trustworthy, I am a little reluctant knowing that he can claim his apartment at any time and there not being some document stating I am living there).

So, if I ask him to fill this document (the one earlier attached) would that be enough? I want to get this (new) adress on my permit & have my own telephone line, etc. Again, all legitimate?

Could you kindly advise on action to take?
