Sublet of furnished appartement (1.5 room, total around 30m2) in the city center Plainpalais. 2 min walking to tram stop, direct bus to UN. Nearby many supermarkets, cafes, theatre, small beach, university UNIGE, hospital HUG etc.

Consist of:
1. Big room with bed (covers available), desks,bean bag, chair, cabinets, saloon table and drawers.
2. Kitchen half-separeted from room with: an oven, blender, heating plate, table, fridge, forks, knifes etc.
3. Bathroom (washbasin, bathtub, toilet) with remote control lights. Towels available at request.
4. Corridor.

Within building there is a laundry. There is an elevator in the building.

NO POSSIBLITY TO HAVE PETS, ONLY NON-SMOKING PERSON.

Price 1450

Required deposit for 3 months+unique administration fee 200.
