If you go to map.search.ch, and tell it to show swimming pools, you get the following map. Looks to me like your best bet is the piscine des Vernets.

There is only one for children in school, with only aqua fitness for women (Parc des Contamines). The nearest one is swimming pool in Carouge. By the way prices are really cheap there.
