Hello gLocals,
In a few weeks its the birthday of a good friend of mine who lives back in the U.S. (Tennessee to be exact).
I would like to ship her, a outgoing female mid-to-late twenties, a gift from here that is Swiss inspired. Anyone want to take a stab at helping me find something Swiss, novel, and shippable via express envelope or small box? Here are a couple of my ideas but they are not that original:
- Swiss water bottle (forget the brand name but popular and made of steel/aluminum)
- Chocolates of course
- European inspired jewelery that is classy yet trendy
Let me know if you can think of some more clever and interesting ideas than this.
Thanks!

HI there,
Ever heard of the SwissCard? It's a swiss knife in credit card format
http://www.victorinox.ch/index.cfm?site=victorinox.ch&page=190&lang=E
Very useful, nice design, and swiss :)
My only concern would be to send this by post can it be a problem with a knife and scissors in there? No clue...
Good luck :)
Joelle

Sorry, I've just realized the link doesn't work... Just go to http://www.victorinox.ch, then under product and SwissCard
:)
