A bit random but just wondering if anyone knew if Swisscom had a free fitness channel which shows aerobics classes, pilates etc to do at home infront of your TV? We have them in Australia but can't find one here!

I don't think so, but you can get various fitness software for your PC (and you). Might be more varied than a DVD.

Hahahaaa, sorry this makes me laugh, I couldn't imagine a swiss fitness channel like the ones in Oz! Brilliant!

YouTube's got everything from barre-à-terre to pilates. You can fix every single cubic millimeter of your body. And practice French at the same time.
