Hi,
Good to see so many people singed up :)
Meeting place is Maison de Qartier, 50 Rue de Berne in Paquis.
In the main courtyard / playground you will see a white statue that is actually an elephant (though doesn't look like one!). Close to this there is a big green door marked 1A. Come to this door and you'll see me. I'll let you in immediately as its too cold for us to all wait outside.
Its best to wear loose fitting clothing eg tracksuit trousers, a t shirt, and socks that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. There are no specific changing rooms.
The class will last one hour from 8.30pm til 9:30pm. Make sure you arrive on time as after the class starts it will be difficult for you to get in.
We'll do some meditation, some of the tai chi form and we'll also do some exercises which should allow you to FEEL whether your tai chi is "working". For those interested in taking it further I'll also be offering regular classes.
Come with an open mind - it'll be fun.
See you tomorrow...
Russ
