Faucet handle for cold water is broken... can't turn the tap on.
Is there any service in Geneva that I can call for repairing??
And How much would it cost normally, if anybody knows?

If you're renting, call the régie or the landlord.

Best bet would be for you to stroll around flea market on Plaine Plainpalais every Wednesday morning searching for a second hand tap like yours with a perfect cold water knob/handle. Won't be surprised if your broken part is plastic molded inside out !
Otherwise - should the model be fairly recent - try to locate spares from internet according to brand and model - providing it be easy to trace
Prices to pay the plumber will reach the price of the unit so you better look for a new one
