The Clubhouse are doing a pot luck dinner where they are providing the turkey and you bring anything else.  Worth checking out if there's a few folk.

"Thanksgiving" in November is not a Swiss custonm.  Their equivalent is a "jeûne' -- originally a fast but now a feast -- in September, so you need to contact a US community for input.

Two suggestions are the American International Women's Club of Geneva and the "American" (Emmanuel) Church in rue de Monthoux.  They may be able to help.

Hope so, and best wishes, R.
