There must be more to Geneva..

So aside from all the shops, and restaurants/cafés/bars, are there not places to hang out in Geneva that don't essentially involve spending money and consuming?

get to know great people from all over the world. That's for free, and that's priceless.

Hate to be a bit boring, however the good old walk/hike in the mountains is always a winner.

Also, a good idea is to find a friend (or make friends with someone) who has loads of cash and stay in their chalet for a weekend.  Thats definately cool
