Jennie suffered from excessive stress over many years, which lead to many vague symptoms covering hormonal imbalance, musculoskeletal problems, mood swings, eating & digestive disorders, amongst other things.
She had been working professionally in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years as a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor, before she discovered Functional Medicine and the CHEK Institute. She learnt to look at the body as a whole and was able to identify the underlying problems, rather than just treating the symptoms. She achieved remarkable health and wellbeing for herself and has coached her clients to do the same. She resolved all of her health issues and is now able to do all the things she loves.
She is passionate about helping others to achieve peak health and wellbeing and fulfill their own personal and professional goals.
Jennie met Duncan through her search for optimal health.
Duncan has been working professionally in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry for over 13 years. He enjoys helping people improve their wellbeing and recover from injury, overcome back pain, improve sporting performance or get fit to “climb their peak”.
He has trained extensively with the CHEK Institute and is part of team CHEK, presenting at fitness conventions and health clubs in Europe and the UK.
We are looking forward to seeing you on Friday!
