as for a Hulu replacement, i use sidereel.com
it's an aggregator of links to all sorts of other sites, some good, some bad. it's not perfect but if I have an urge to watch Mad Men, i can usually find a site that offers it.

www.ninjavideo.net is a great choice, and tends to have high quality stuff consistently. Also if you are looking for a movie and can't find it on there, www.watch-movies-online.tv is pretty good.
