Tomtom satnav updates for Switzerland

I've used a TomTom satnav in England where it was 99% okay and few quirks but here in Switzerland it seems mainly quirky. Have updated it by the homepage but not much better. Anyone know of a good source for updating it.One last try and then I may get rid of it to be honest as most major places are easy to get to and signed well

i will probably give up with the tomtom. I have been here a few months and now familiar with getting to and from the major places in western Vaud
