Hi there, I am looking for a train-the trainer session in Switzerland, either in French or English. I am working in IT Support and recently came to give collective trainings to internal employees. I enjoyed a lot that activity. I master the field I am talking about but would be interested in acquiring specific training skills. I found out on the web the "train-the-trainer" training, a 3-4 days training that tackles the different methods of teaching to adult people, based on their ways to capture the information given by the trainer, how to manage difficult students or with different personalities and so on... Some people directed my to the Migros school but it is not really what I am looking for. Neither a "brevet fédéral". I found such sessions organized in London but would like to know if there are some in Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Basel...). Thanks for sharing your input on that.
