My kids have suddenly got into the Halloween spirit and are hoping to go door to door tonight. Do you know any where were it might be possible to take children trick or treating?
Maybe a popular expat neighbourhood?
Failing that, do you know of any Halloween activities tonight that would be suitable for kids under 10?

Even though people keep saying it is "catching on" trick or treating only really seems to be done among friends living in the same neighborhood. The last couple of years we've gotten around it by organizing a halloween party with other families. Hope you managed to find something for your kids!
