Geneve Plage has one court, but the net tends to be droopy.

Bout-du-Monde has 4 courts, but *many* people go there and there are sometimes official tournaments

Parc des Evaux has 3 courts

There's one new court near ILO on route de Ferney.

There's one court in Bellevue.

Clearly, this town is lacking in volleyball courts, both indoor and outdoor.

All the indoor venues tend to be part of schools, therefore they are closed during the summer. :( And fully booked during the year.

But, let's pick a place and play!

I play twice  a week in Evaux during lunch time : you re welcome to join but the level is quiete high.

I also play sunday in Vessy or in Evaux.

And I m looking for a place to play indoor from september.

Thank you for such prompt responses. I'm still trying to figure out where would be best - might go to check out over the w-end some of the places Zonker and Tryky mentioned and will let everyone know. Furthermore, my guess is that the level would be intermediate, so that most people can attend. Two or three other people have also expressed their interest ( certainly a good and manageable start)

I saw a poster today about the beach volley tournament coming up later this month (June 21 - 24 @ Rotonde du Mont-Blanc).

Perhaps we could organize some playing and also go check that out? Here is the link:

There is one court in Versoix , Centre Sportive , it is 15 min by train from Geneva .

We can get there directly with bus " V " , this is the last bus station, direction  La Bécassière

it seems the weather is not to bad tomorrow, any volonteer to play around 2?

ps: re Coop Beach volley, yes, I understand is a professional tournament - what i was suggesting is to play before and then go in a group to watch the pros play:) Or we could just pick a day of the tournament and go see them!
