Volunteering for an animal shelter ????????????????

Hi all,

I'd like to start volunteering for an animal shelter to take care of cats, horses, or wild animals (foxes, birds of prey...). Has anyone of you experience with such establishments and can make a suggestion?

I'm mobile within the Geneva canton area.

There is also an association in Geneva that let's you to take care of dogs and cats of others:

I'd be interested as well to hear about other's experience. I'd like to perfectly take care of a cat at home and maybe even take care of him at home for 1-2 weeks. Not sure if sth like this is possible..

Btw.In Poland we have a cat cafe. It's a pity that no place like that exists in Geneva....
