Just wanted to know if anyone can recommend a Travel Agent that does flight bookings with a low service fee or 0 service fee.

I only see Internet ! Airlines have decided to withdraw booking commissions on flights, and travel agents have to charge management fee if they want to earn a living on the ticket the sell you.
