There's many places in GVA, but most of them are designed for 1 specific treatment and not for a full day.
Your best bet for a weekend/day away is any place in Leukerbad: http://www.leukerbad.ch/en/welcome.cfm?
It's 2 hours from GVA, and it's a whole village built on an industry of thermal baths and spa.
