Hey,
I've been very much interested in self-care lately.
How do you create a life you don't need to escape from ? How do we take care of each others in a way that fulfill us with energy, and connect us ? What do you do to feel connected, and what do you do for free to feel connected ? :)
On my side it's a lot about rethinking daily life routines, unpleasant business like taking care of home and sometimes letting things getting dirty and take time to really listen to my friend instead.
Allowing time for unproductive things and consider this time as WORK, giving it the same value. This has been the hardest point for me but I think I'm slowly getting to it.
How do you guys do ? What value has your time ? In work, out of work ?
