In the past three days I have sent around twenty PMs to some (I am sure
very nice) young women asking them out for a drink or a dinner.
On my profile I have put all personal things about me, and even a photo,
all to give the right impression about me that I am single and available.
What is also important, I know I used to be a regular poster, and I am
still doing some glocals-related stuff.
However, I didn't get any responses, even from those whose names contain
words like "cat" and "love"!

veins.
and now a note to Andrei, assuming Glocals is still not a

i think you also need to have the social skills to navigate through a social activity site such as glocals, and know how to deal realistically with requests to chat. not all chatters are social deviates. but as they say, life is a mirror.......so maybe you see others as a reflection of yourself....ooooh, that's a bit harsh perhaps.

Here is another stratagem: tons of young women are looking for an accomodation on glocals, so you can offer your kind and generous help :) and who knows, perhaps you'll end up having a dinner with candles in the newfound appartment :)

why not just ask if they want to watch the trains pull in down at the station.....the big train at 16:30 from zurich for example. or watch the paint dry on the new zebra crossing at st. francois or place cornavin.
these are all sure ways to find out about the other person and to know if it's really you or the "event" they are interested in. after 2 or 3 "dates" if they still accept, then you know it really is serious :-)
why do you ask the person's age on a first encounter or at such an early stage......if it's for having a meal or a drink what difference does it make? unless you are considering that person for more serious and meaningful relationship. but at such an early stage isn't that a bit premature?

You can buy an XXL thong, and instead of putting the side-bands around your waist, you pass them over your arms on your shoulders.
That should make the cheapest wrestler outfit ever made...
To Tinkie: being undressed is an art... Would have loved to see the chicken costume, though.
