you may find a scale in any shop that sells household appliances. I would suggest you to check:
-Fust
-Mediamarkt
-Interdiscount
-M-electronics
-Maxi discount
-Conforama
-Carrefour (France voisine)
You can also check Globus or Manor, specially if you're looking for a specific brand or design ....
