Does anyone know if there is a bakery in Geneva sells Cronuts?? I'm craving one!....or maybe three ;-)
For all you non fad foodies a Cronut is a croissant-doughnut pastry developed by Chef Dominique Ansel in NYC.

You should try at the American Market in Paquis (rue de Neuchatel).
Tell us if you find it...

I think it is sad that a food, like a pastry can be 'trademarked'. I am glad that Migros has the name and will provide them in Switzerland, because one american group has the trademark and other form of protection, i dont agree that a perishable product and food cant just be made at any bakery. Its just like a donut, if one bakery makes them better, the customers get a better product or price competitive.
Seems Migros sells them, see this article in Le Matin on 3.9.2013

I already see my client base expanding
I'd go for one of these over the cronut!
Is it any of the Migros stores yet?
I read that they were coming to the Migros in Zurich, but not sure if they
are in Geneva yet.
