I have a friend recently arrived from UK who is looking to have their MOBILE PHONE SIM unlocked so that they can use with ANY Mobile Network.

Type in: "unlock codes". Depending on your cell phone there may be free help offered on line.
There are also a couple of shops in the Evian France region that charge about fifty francs.

Whats your mobile manufacturer and model ? You can unlock your mobile by using unlock code . You can get it from your service provider or from any of the online sites like Theunlockspot.com . Once, you have unlocked your mobile from carrier lock, you can use it with any other GSM sim cards internationally .
