From Au Vieux Campeur. They have water equipment at Thonon shop.

Decathlon do sell some kayaks as well.
The type kayak ( thus prices ) of will all depend of what type of waters you'd like to go to with your kayak ( quiet waters to wild rivers )
I have kayaks brabded Prijon ( http://www.prijon.com ) for touring good and stable.
