Where to buy a metal bar?

Does anybody know where I could buy a steel or iron flat bar, like this one? https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-in-x-36-in-Plain-Steel-Flat-Bar-with-3-16-in-Thick-44130/202183551

I need it cut to a specific length and have a few holes put into it. It's for a small window. Something similar would also be fine.

I've already tried several DYI stores like Jumbo, Leroy Merlin and Do It Migros, without luck.

Just thought. Closer to home there are also ?maybe the Edmond BAUD quincailleries in Geneva (several) or the Eugène Baud in Chêne Bourg, or the Quincaillerie du Lignon, which may be useful

My guess would be to ask a "serrurier" (locksmith) and/or "ferronnier" (ironworker)
