I think the sales are ending soon.
Cheaper clothes: H & M, Zara, C&A, Pimkie, Orsay.
Lyon has Galleries La Fayette and a big selection of different shops.

One thing I can advise you is the outlet centre in Aubonne nxt to the IKEA. Quite a lot of choice of very good value for money. There is a big NIKE and Navyboot store and lots of other good brands. You'll need a car or must go by train. Will take you approx 30 min.
