Hey Alyssa,
Unlike the US, if you have your prescription you can buy it online, I use these guys(https://www.augenliebe.ch/) free delivery and prob the best prices in CH. It's in German but easy to navigate.

Yes, you can buy them at any store that sells them or online. Check with your health insurance company if your contact lenses will be reimbursed.
