Where to buy good hiking boots and other sports equipment?

I'm in Geneva till the end of next week then moving to Nyon. Are there any bigger sporting goods stores in the area of Geneva/Lausanne where among other things I could find some better hiking boots and tents and stuff. Is there a Decathlon nearby? Thanks.

I would suggest you to buy woodlands. They are mainly ment for rough and tough usage. It is belived that Sole is the soul of the shoes. Woodland is known for it. To share my experiance, I have been using woodland shoes for past three years. I've used it rough and tough but still they are in good quality. Padding and fitting are super awesome.
