Hi Nir, really we should change pillow twice a year? I change pillow covers all the time but my pillow not so much!

 Nice reading, if the sale of pillows goes up in Geneva this weekend we know why 

I have a memory foam pillow so would not be able to afford to change often  I do always have double pillow covers which protect it and keep the dust mites away 

I have been using the same pillows for years so chaning them every six months was news to me.

I follow my mother’s practice of washing the pillow cases every week and the pillows once a month and I’m still here – although perhaps not for much longer now I'm aware of my bad pillow habits.

Changing pillow twice a year...??? What the hell for?

I was in Satoriz the other day, on the outskirts of Annemasse (France, but right next to Geneva), and saw that they had some modern Japanese-style pillows.  These have things like beads or, I think in the case of those in Satoriz, some kind of wheat heads for filling.  Until now, I thought that I was the only one this side of the Sea of Japan who knew the benefits of Japanese pillows.  I tell you, they are the best in the world.
