Ok, I would have thought this would have been simple, but I haven't found textured soy protein (or thextured vegetable protein it is called also) from the basic groceries around Geneva. I have tried Migros, Coop and Carrefour. Maybe somebody here could help me with this?

I'm not sure if they have it, but you might try the new organic place Urban Bio that has branches in Paquis and Plainpalais (rue Jean Violette)
also check some of the smaller Asian markets.
