The site mentioned above is the best I know of. It is not just unclaimed stolen bikes but abandoned ones as well (left in caves and disposed of by the regies).
Good value and they service them before they sell. Only open two days a week see website but the stock changes quickly. I got what I wanted on first visit but was lucky

Other classified options are anibis.ch and wrs classifieds. Pretty sure both will have a bike section.

Just remembered on ave du Cardinal-Mermillod thereis abike shop with some second hand bikes and there seems to be a warehouse on the other side of the road but often closed. Popped in there once but did not find anything. If you live in carouge or can get there at the weekend might be worth checking out but still for me the voirie is the best bet even though it is on the other side of town for me. And if you really waqnt to train haqrd they usually have a couple of Swiss Army bikes - no gears - no good for defending the country but ideal for attacking Holland or Belgium
