There is an interesting wine shop physically underneath the Palais de Justice on the main square in the centre of the Old Town in geneva. Not sure if it has a Peugeot decanter but it certainly has quite a few just by the entrance door.

You could try Menadeco at av. Viollier 4 in Nyon. They have upper end items. Not sure about your specific request because their website is still under construction.

Do you have any idea what the shop hours are for the Caves au palais de Justice? I've checked several yellow pages type sites online and even searched for the place specifically and can't find any hours. I know these places can be so spotty as far as actually being open so I don't want to go all the way there to find it closes. thanks again

sorry.. it took a while to look. the caves are basically open normal business hours except for mondays when its completely closed. Hope that helps!
