Well first, in Switerland and france, if you go fishing, you must have a fishing licence.
But good places is on a boat in the lake.
Also a known place with fish is in the river l'Allondon. But still not much fish there.

I would recommand to go fishing in the Rhone, right under the Pont-Butin. You will find some nice spots there.
