Before you spend money on repairing it you should probably make sure you dont have any more moths, cuz in that case it would be a waste of money....

Cannot recommend anywhere in particular. personally.
However, would suggest asking in any Dry Cleaners that provide 'stoppage' if they could take it on. Dependant on the fabric and the damage they may not guarantee at the outset that they will be successful, but it will be certainly worth the try..
