the only place i can think is Mr Pickwicks on rue de lausanne. i watched a match there once around 9ish too so you might wanna call ahead just to confirm, but can't think of another place where you'll be able to do so.

The Great Escape usually shows all Rugby matches -  www.the-great.ch/live_sports If you don't find what you are looking for or if you want to know when they open just email them via their contact page. They are usually quick at replying. I will most likely be there to watch Scotland but its not until later on.......

Check the Clubhouse (see cityguide for address). They usually do a full on breakfast with morning rugby matches.
