Which companies in Geneva are doing *something* different/right?

Partly because I've seen a few 'complaint' thread recently, and partly because I'm always looking for interesting business cases where (small) companies differentiate themselves by doing something different or better than others:

Which companies in Geneva offer something exceptional that really impressed you?

I'll give a few examples (from Geneva and elsewhere). Think about the 4 P's or Marketing: Product, Price, Promotion and Pistribution.

* Hotel President Wilson has Creme Brulee for breakfast; a small but great addition that made breakfast better than elsewhere.

* A restaurant in the Bourgogne (forgot name) has customer choose from a wine menu, and then the restaurant makes food to match it.

* Park Hotel in Weggis has a heated pool that is lit at night, with a view over the Luzern lake. See picture.

It doesn't necessarily need to be in Geneva.

the Key and Eagle impressed me... its a bar in geneva behind manor (cornavin) with beer pumps on each table for customers to serve themselves, and a very ecclectic pizza menu (ie eg crispy peking duck pizza with hoi sin sauce and spring onions) Not everyones taste, but its different...
