Wine tasting in Satigny

hi there

looking for some ideas to spend a great saturday afternoon in Satigny and trying some nice wine.

Any experience where we should go? normally would look for places without checking but if it requires, also fine.

thanks for any help!

cheers

Re: Wine tasting in Satigny
Post 1

I dont know too much about Satigny.  However if the otherside of the water is an option.  I did a nice trip last year on the bicycles.  We cycled up to Cologny.  Had Saturday brunch at Ferme De Merlinge.  From there I arranged and cycled to Domain de la Tour for wine tasting.

Its a tough cycle up the hill but once up there you have amazing views and the country side is great.  Of course after the brunch and wine tasting, its all down hill (erm I do mean on the bikes, but perhaps depending how involved tasting the wine you get could be down hill in another sense).

Weather dependant of course but worth considering.
