I have just created the Geneva Project, Programme and Portfolio Management Group.

To get us started I am considering offering free project management training for women only.
I am doing this because women are mostly under-represented in the field of project management, but some of the very best project managers I've worked with have been women.
I have in mind a series of 2 to 3 hour sessions held during evenings or at the weekend.
Subjects covered will be:
Basic principles of project management
Project planning
Project phases and stages
Project control
Starting and ending projects
Stakeholder management and communications.
Anyone interested?
Let me know either here or on the group page. If there is enough interest I'll organise it for the Autumn.
