During the French lockdown and 2 months prior to that, I lost a total of 15kg. drinking between 1 and 2 litres of green tea /day. (make sure you are not too far from the toilets after drinking a large amount).
Also, not everyone can take green tea (medical advice first i.e. high blood pressure) etc

I had originally started with green vegs juices (with green apples and lemon or lime, celeri, spinach, kale), and green tea - lost 5 kg within 1 month. Then almost stopped the green vegs juices and just did the green tea.
- Cut down most sugar, chocolate, pasta, butter, etc intake. I am not a big cheese eater so that side was easy. I do not drink alcohol so that was easy too.
- Ate normal quantities of food without taking a second serving.
- Drank 2 large tea pots of green teas/day
- Getting fresh air (which is "expensive" nowadays) and walked the little tiny dog between 10-15 km/day
Best is to drink warm fluids (tea, herbal teas, soups) as opposed to cold water. It helps digesting and the transit.
- I am not a bit meat eater either so less meat makes it easier for digestion and eliminating.

I've definitely put on a few during the pandemic. I was somewhat active and outdoorsy before and it's been difficult to deal without doing that as often. My solution was to buy a home gym and stationary bike so I can at least get some exercise, but it's certainly not the same. I look forward to getting more active again and being able to go to my gym.

I've been doing intermittent fasting.
Eat (reasonable amounts of food) during a certain period of time (max 12 hour window to start), and at latest 3 hours before going to bed and watch the pounds/kilos drop off! :)
