I went to the Hotel d'Angleterre a few years ago on Christmas day. Was a bit pricey but the service was great, the food was outstanding and we all had a great time.
They seem to be taking bookings on their website so that could be worth checking out.

In Geneva, the festive meal takes place in the early evening of the 24th, when gifts are exchanged. However, several of the large hotels do have a Christmas lunch on the 25th and the “Angleterre” is probably the best for a traditional British-type meal.
So contact the big hotels towards the end of this month for their Christmas and New Year offers, but be prepared for a sizeable bill.
After Christmas, there is a general exodus of folk to the mountains or at least family homes in the countryside, so you might think about spending that part of the holiday season out of town. But be sure to book early and, again, be ready to open up your wallet.

If you’d like to attend a traditional church service, Holy Trinity (Anglican) organizes, in cooperation with other anglophone churches in Geneva, a traditional service of Nine Lessons and Carols in St Peter’s Cathedral in the Old Town at 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Arrive early to be sure of a seat!
