Yoga in Geneva

Hi,

I´m looking for a place to practice yoga in GVA, especially ashtanga/vinyasa yoga... Innercity yoga is just too expensive for me as I´m unemployed at the moment (that place is expensive even with a job I think...).

Sivanada yoga is a little bit cheaper, does someone know that place? I´ve also heard about aomyoga, does anyone have experience of them? I think that place is rather expensive too though.

Right now I´m doing yoga by myself at home, it works, but I´m longing for a class to get some inspiration... I appreciate tips of cheaper options :)

Hi Emely,

A lady I work with teaches pure Ashtanga in Eaux Vives. Her class is quite challenging:

A few people recommended Rick's flow class at Soluna:

There's a Glocals Yoga Group where independent teachers post classes and workshops, some of which are cheaper or even free.

Hello,

I strongly recommend florence gaillard yoga classes in eaux-vives. She teaches every Monday at 6pm, price 20.- for 1h15 class and also organises workshops almost every saturdays. The first class is free.

Try looking into GatherGeneva, they are a collective and their instructors run classes across Geneva and Vaud.
