Hi! I'm looking for a person who may help me to improve my English or French (or both) for my Russian. I'm not working but have two children, so I'm ready for meetings in the mornings or at lunch time. I'm good in conversational French but have a lot of problems with writing. And for English my writing and reading abilities are better then my speech (as I hope).

Pryvyiet dear, it would be breaking an open door to say that meeting French/English speaking friends is the most effective way. But you have sweeter priorities :)
For French writing, it may be entertaining to correspond in writing, and have your correspondent return your text with corrections. Also reading "good French" allows you to "copy" from example.
For spoken English, there are some teaching softwares i.e. "Tell Me More" on PC that allow you to "speak" with the computer and have speech corrections. It works well and is very flexible on time. Tested on my ukrainian girlfriend :)

Thank you for your advises. I prefere a real person for my studies becouse it helps me to orginize my day and motivates me more.
