Mandarin (rue de Chantepoulet) or Hung-Wan (quai du Mont-Blanc) on weekends, lunchtime only if I'm not mistaken.

I have heard of one on rue de Carouge but unfortunately haven't tried it yet. I don't have a name or address but will get that information and let you know.

If you want, you have a very good dim sum near the Hospital, I will give you the adress : Thé et Vapeur, Boulevard de la Cluse, 105 1205 GENEVE 022.800.09.40
I already went there several times with friends and never been disappointed. It was very good everytime. We always had a good warm welcome and good service
And I suggest you to book because it's often full. If you have anothers questions, don't hesitate !
