babysitter - how much?

How much do you think is fair to offer a teenager to babysit? I have 2 little girls, one aged nearly 3 years and one aged 4 months. They'll both be asleep by 7 pm so she won't have to actually do anything with the children just sit and watch TV while we go to dinner or a movie or something. Should I pay per hour or a night rate? She lives upstairs from us so there is no travelling involved.

Market price is around CHF 20 / hour, plus transport (bus, and if she leaves late - taxi).

The 20/hour is more for the experienced ones. With a teenager you can at least try 15/h
