yes, I know what you mean.   From here in the office (Geneva) BCGE online is so slow it's impossible to use.   From home (in my case France) it works perfectly.   May be someone here might be able to explain why the servers don't seem to like each other very much?

Hey, I do not have such a problem. I can access my BCGE account pretty fast! I think it may be a problem with the security mechanism of your browser or internet provider.

I have used firefox, chrome and safari (on mac) and the 3 of them are really slow.

I have cablecom as internet provider.

hi all - not much use i know, but i don't have problems - in fact it's always been reliable. i connect at work and home (both gva) without problems.

One thing i do find annoying though, is that unlike uk banks' internet services, you cannot download statements into Microsoft Money. Does anyone know if UBS/C.Suisse give you the option to do this?
