We have a very strange and sad experience with camping la chapele saint-claude in Talloires (Annecy)
We booked the mobile home there for a week but due to illness of our baby we decided to arrive later - tuesday instead of Saturday
And now director, Sébastien BINET, REFUSES to let us into even if we payed full price and said he will just cancel our reservation WITHOUT returing any money.
I am literally speachless!!! What can I do about it?

check the terms of your reservation. it might state that if you don't show up within x hours of the start of your reservation without letting the camp know, then the camp is free to assume you are a 'no show" and to give your place away without refund. that's the case in 2 camps i know of.
then consult with a lawyer. if you have legal insurance, this is a classic case to activate that insurance. when this binet guy receives a formal letter from your letter, he might pay more attention to you

But anyway I contacted them and told that I have a baby sick so I need to delay arrival

So you let them know that you would be late? Did they seem to accept this at the time?

Hope this gets sorted for you but whatever happens make sure you post your experience on tripadvisor. The days when business could shaft consumers with impunity are long gone!
