changing a student permit B into a work permit?

Hi everyone,


Just wondering if anyone has gone through this. I am an EU National just finished my masters in geneva and have a permit B which expires soon. I know I can legally be in geneva for 90 days and I am applying for jobs. If I apply for a job is it up to them to extend my permit?? Im not really sure what the process is henceforth. 


 


Any tips or experiences please let me know.
