Hi Alex.
I dont fly Delta but i used to paraglide, mainly in Chamonix.
There is a very nice and famous spot for flying deltas - and paraglides- in France, at about 1h20 mns from Geneva , driving.
The place is called Col de la Forclaz, It is worth going there anyway just to visit - two restaurants, a tremendous view on Annecy lake, hikes, etc.
For flying conditions, You may try to contact this school - and tohers- doing tandems, trainings, etc.
Feel free to let me know if you come over, i ll show you around if i am free when u come.
